  1. We are the only ones who can create our thoughts or feelings. Whether we become intimate with our fears and learn to embrace them, or recognize all that we have; the mind is a powerful tool when we finally learn how to use it.

  2. I think that sometimes our thoughts and/or feelings happen and we need to know how to deal with them. (which isn't always easy)
